John Sir & later acted in Doordarshan in TV serials like Doosra Kewal, Fauji, Wagle ki Duniya, Dil Dariya, Circus etc.
"Koyla" was a movie where Shahrukh Khan performed the role of a dumb man in most part of the movie. You could study the expressions where he performed such a tough and challenging role. In the song, "Ghoongte mein chanda hai phir bhi hai faila chaaro aur ujaala" was his role as a dumb man but Johny Lever was actually lending the voice. No one in audience could notice that if they haven't watched the movie.
