SHAHRUKH KHAN - BAADSHAH OF        BOLLYWOOD

Shahrukh Khan started his career with theatre plays with his mentor Barry John Sir & later acted in Doordarshan in TV serials like Doosra Kewal, Fauji, Wagle ki Duniya, Dil Dariya, Circus etc.

Before Baazigar, Shahrukh Khan was only a less known actor who had came from the Television industry. The directorial duo Abbas Mastaan were making a movie based on anti hero which was not prevelant in those days. It would be risky for any actor so Salman Khan also rejected it. But, Shahrukh Khan was confident to perform it and the rest was history.

The movie was a revenge story where Shahrukh Khan decides to take back whatever the villain Madan Chopra had snatched from his father through deceit. He even loses the lives of his father and little sister while his mother faces amnesia. According to his revenge plan, he changes his name, looks and woos daughters of Madan Chopra to achieve his goal and even commits murders.

Shahrukh Khan's role in Baazigar as Ajay Sharma and Vicky Malhotra established him as KING OF EXPRESSIONS. The following shorts mashup video clearly shows his expressions which puts a soul in the written character.
